After three years of receiving mentoring and accomplishing their respective business goals, the companies UNIFIK, Loly in the Sky and Kinenergy graduated from the ENLACE+ acceleration program.
With the support of ENLACE+ Monterrey Chapter, 23 companies have graduated and another 31 are in the process of acceleration; the common denominator is that they all have the potential to generate a positive impact in Mexico.
Entrepreneurs from these three firms were recognized on November 30 for having successfully completed the program, from which, in Monterrey alone, 23 companies have graduated to date.
José Wapinski, President of ENLACE+ Monterrey Chapter, indicated that 31 companies with the potential to generate a positive impact on Mexico and 103 mentors are currently participating locally in this program, which has 14 sites across the country and enjoys the backing of Tecnológico de Monterrey.
"In 2017, we supported six companies coming from different Tec entrepreneurship programs," Wapinski highlighted, during the event held at EGADE Business School.
Erica Sámano from UNIFIK, a recruitment and job-listing software firm focused on the bottom of the pyramid, commented that with the support of ENLACE+ the investment obtained enabled them to reach their development goals and desired alliances.
“We are very grateful to ENLACE+ for giving us this opportunity and for everything we have learned as a company. This knowledge can only be acquired by being an entrepreneur and through first-rate coaching,” Sámano said.
Eduardo Vazquez, representing the footwear brand and stores Loly in the Sky, explained that with the support of ENLACE+ the company’s number of employees has grown from 21 to 128, and branches from 4 to 13.
In turn, Francisco Villarreal, from Kinenergy, a consulting company specialized in engineering optimization, operational parameter validation, energy efficiency and sustainability, mentioned that thanks to ENLACE+ they have expanded operations from Mexico to Central America and the Caribbean, and have also achieved greater clarity in their business model.
