A group of 41 company board members, owners and CEOs successfully completed the tenth edition of the Development of Board of Directors Members program at EGADE Business School, Monterrey.
On completing the 100-hour, 12-module executive education program, participants attended the graduation ceremony where they gathered for the group photo and to receive their certificates.
The members of the class of 2017, accompanied by their family members, attended their graduation ceremony, held on November 7 at the Club Industrial.
This year, David Noel Ramírez Padilla, Rector Emeritus of Tecnológico de Monterrey, was among the graduates who received their certificates from Ignacio de la Vega, Dean of EGADE Business School; Jaime García Narro, National Director of Executive Education at the School; and Carlos Serrano, Executive Director of the Development of Board of Directors Members program.
In his message, Dean De la Vega highlighted the fundamental role of boards of directors in guaranteeing company governance and serving as a benchmark for society.
“I would like to recognize your efforts and commitment in acquiring knowledge that will benefit your companies, the business fabric and the country in these challenging, changing times,” the dean remarked.
The Development of Board of Directors Members program, led by experts in corporate governance in conjunction with experienced business leaders, explores in depth the knowledge required for the professionalization of boards of directors and the implementation of best corporate practices.
