What human resources are currently required? What are the challenges we face in the formation of human capital to respond to the needs of an increasingly demanding and dynamic society?
These questions were answered from the perspective of academia and business in the Panel "The challenges of talent of the future: university and business", which took place on December 12 in the 4th International Congress of Educational Innovation of Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Moderated by Ignacio de la Vega, dean of EGADE Business School, the discussion was attended by Tom Robinson, president and CEO of AACSB International; Max Oliva, founding partner of TeamLabs and Impact Hub Madrid; Claudio Muñoz, president of Telefónica Chile, and Arturo Cherbowski, executive director of Santander Universidades and general director of Universia México.
The panel was also held as part of the Seminar "Reinventing Higher Education: The University of the Future", organized by IE University, University of Development and Tecnológico de Monterrey, with the aim of analyzing the challenging scenario in which higher education is today , especially because of the impact on it of an increasingly globalized world that is experiencing a huge technological and social change.
